At MusafirGhar, we aim to keep our cancellation and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation, you will receive a refund of 80% of the total booking amount.

The remaining 20% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour cancellation period, the booking becomes non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 24 hours.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Once we process the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
